BlueByte Software offers the only software that can support remote communication with Front-Office and with different call centers, in one or several hotel units.


  • Unidirectional and Bidirectional Communication.
  • Serial Port or Text File communication.
  • Remote connection with Front-Office through Internet (Over Ip). This feature is necessary when the PBX is in a different geographical area and is not possible to use cable or wireless communication.
  • It also covers the need to monitor multiple remote hotel units with a corresponding number of call centers from a central point. Typical examples are the hotel chains and accommodation management companies.
